In this collaboration, WELLE Group will primarily be responsible for the scenario-based experimental verification and promotion of the robots. The jointly developed products will be first applied to certain process steps in WELLE's existing projects, with a focus on exploring typical scenarios such as maintenance operations in enclosed spaces of environmental protection projects and inspection in the petrochemical industry. Meanwhile, Primech Holdings Ltd. will undertake the primary work of research and development of the core robot technology. In the future, both parties will further optimize the functional adaptability of the specialized robot equipment, apply it to WELLE's environmental protection, energy, and industrial projects, and gradually expand its application to similar scenarios in the same industry, ultimately achieving value co-creation and win-win cooperation for both parties.
